The CommUNITY Relations Commission helps Rapid City community members have courageous conversations to help resolve concerns within the Rapid City community. 

If you or someone you know feels they have been treated unfairly, feel free to fill out the form below to submit to the CRC office. A Commission member will reach out to you. 

Discriminatory practices means any direct or indirect act or practice of exclusion, distinction, restriction, segregation, limitation, refusal, denial or any other act or practice of differentiation or preference in the treatment of a person or persons because of race, creed, color, religion, sex, age or national origin.

• Information will be collected from you to start the complaints process, including your name, address, phone number and email. The CRC is committed to protecting personal information but will share certain information with third parties to effectively process your complaint (e.g., the licensee(s) who is the subject of your complaint and/or a law enforcement agency). The sharing of this information will help to address your concerns and can also protect other consumers.
• The CRC acts in the public interest and is grateful for consumer input that furthers this objective. We strive to inform the public and provide them with tools needed to make informed decisions and find healthy resolutions.
• The CRC is thorough and diligent in processing complaints. It is important to recognize that the CRC will rely upon information you have provided as true, accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and recollection.
